Adelaide English Medium Pre & Primary School is a private school which relies on
fees paid by parents to pay its staff, purchase resources and finance other
activities. Parents/Guardians are required to pay fees before the beginning of the
term opt for a 11/12-months Direct Debit Order Plan.
Parents/Guardians who default in payment of fees may be handed over to the
school’s debt collectors and will have their child’s classroom schedule interrupted.
No cash payments for school fees shall be accepted.
Cheques will not be accepted.
A Penalty of P250.00 is payable on all failed debit order payments.
Fees for the current term must be cleared before any payments can be
credited for the next term.
Failure to pay fees by the stipulated dates/times may result in the child
being withdrawn from class until such fees have been paid up.
Please ensure that the name and standard of the child is clearly
indicated in the reference.

Direct Debit Order for Day Care to Standard 6 is only 12 months, starting
from the month of November. Direct Debit Order plan for Standard
7 and reception is only 11 months, starting from the month of November.
In the event of a failed debit payment, fees for child shall be deemed to
have not been paid resulting in exclusion from class.
No child will be allowed in class unless full fees are paid for the term.
